What this site is

This site publishes free calculators for exploring a payment, a home price, a refinance, an adjustable-rate scenario, or an auto loan. Each one uses the numbers you type and the assumptions printed beside the result. Planned tools stay labeled as planned until they can calculate.

The point of a result is to compare choices: a different rate, term, down payment, or set of costs. The assumptions are written next to the math so a figure can be traced. The tools are educational. They are not personalized advice from a lender, broker, adviser, or tax professional.

The site is The Calculator App, at thecalculatorapp.com. This page does not describe a company, a founder, a license, a credential, or years of operation, because none of those is established here.

The site is not a lender, broker, or loan servicer. A calculation is not an offer of credit. Buttons that mention pre-approval or talking to a lender do not submit an application and do not send your numbers to a lender.
