The Calculator App

Draft. This is not a final legal document, and it is excluded from the sitemap. Do not treat it as the site’s policy.

Terms of use

Draft terms. Not a finished agreement.

Still required before publication

  • Legal name of the site operator
  • A physical address, if a privacy or terms law requires one
  • Review by a lawyer before the page is treated as a policy

Estimates only

Calculators are provided for personal exploration. Outputs are estimates from the inputs and assumptions on the page. They can be wrong for a real loan even when the arithmetic is internally consistent.

Do not rely on a result as a decision to borrow, refinance, or skip a payment. No warranty is stated here because these terms are not finished.

Still missing

A finished terms page would need the operator’s legal name, the governing law, and a review by counsel. Those are intentionally absent. This page is not an agreement you can accept.
